Casas del Bosque Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva
Casablanca Valley, Chile
About the Wine
From one of Chile’s top family-owned wineries, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is bold, polished, and full of character. Casas del Bosque, founded in 1993 by the Cúneo-Solari family, is known for its sustainable farming and dramatic coastal terroir shaped by Pacific breezes and granite-rich soils.
This Cabernet is grown in the Rapel and Maipo foothills, then aged for six months in French oak to develop structure and finesse. Expect rich aromas of blackcurrant, mint, and tobacco, with layered flavors of blackberry, cedar, and a touch of mocha.
Silky tannins and a long finish make it a standout with grilled meats or aged cheeses. It’s a full-bodied red with aging potential and a great example of Chile’s modern winemaking excellence.
