Sheet pan dinner
Serves 4
I make some version of this recipe all the time because it’s largely hands-off making perfect for the lazy cook and dishwasher. Line a sheet pan with foil, add your ingredients, eat and throw the foil away! Couldn’t be easier and it’s tasty as well. Enjoy!
Pair with...
Ingredients
6-8 Italian-style sausage links (I used chicken sausage)
2 onions, sliced
8 oz sliced mushrooms
2 cups red grapes
8 cups (two bunches) Swiss chard (or kale), chopped
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare a large sheet pans by lining it with foil.
Toss the mushrooms and onion with olive oil and salt.
Spread on the sheet pan and add the sausage.
Cook for 20 min. Toss the Swiss chard with the mushroom and onions and turn the sausage over. Return to oven.
Cook another 10 min. Check the sausage for doneness.
Serve.
