Vinos del Viento Garnacha Blanca

This beautifully fresh white wine comes from high-altitude vineyards in Spain’s Campo de Borja region, where dry-farmed old vines of Garnacha Blanca thrive in calcareous soils.

Crafted by winemaker Michael Cooper, known as a “vine hunter” for his work with rare varietals, the wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for added texture. In the glass, it shows pale lemon hues with aromas of lime, jasmine, and melon, followed by a lively palate of stone fruit and citrus.

Bright, crisp, and mineral-driven, it’s a wine that captures both elegance and purity.
