Produced by Simon and Vanessa Barker at their family-run Waverley Vineyard in the Awatere Valley, the grapes are sustainably farmed and fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness. Bursting with notes of grapefruit, lime, and passionfruit, it also carries subtle hints of herbs and wet stone minerality.
Crisp acidity and a clean, mouthwatering finish make this a go-to white for seafood, goat cheese, or sunny afternoons on the patio.
