About the Wine
Gaspard is the collaboration project between Jenny of Jenny & Francois imports and sustainably operated wineries based in the Loire Valley. Jenny was one of the first female Americans to import organic and natural French wine to the United States over 2 decades ago. She wanted to collaborate with French growers to create a house wine that would represent her love for classic Loire varietals while also supporting the small farmers she has been working with for many years.
This easy to drink wine has lots of lemon and lime zest, followed by a stony minerality. A perfect entry into the world of Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc.
