
Braised Beef Tacos

Ingredients
2 lbs chuck roast, cubed
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 stock
Juice from one large orange
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place the entire list of ingredients in a dutch oven.
Cook for 3-4 hrs or until the meat easily falls apart.
Remove from oven and shred the beef.
Turn on the oven broiler.
Place the meat and all contents of the dutch oven on a sheet pan.
Place the pan under the broiler until the meat crisps up.
Serve in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
