2023 Château de Berne Romance Rosé

France
This wine is soft, and light pink in color. Beautiful floral and berry aromas awaken your senses with freshly picked summer peaches and strawberry cream dancing around your palate. This is the wine that patio and poolside sipping were made for! Color: Very light pink, like the sun’s reflection on water. Nose: Amazing aromatics that are very inviting. Dominant orchard fruits like peaches, peach ring candies and a sweet fruit salad. A very beautiful, floral and intense nose that jumps out from the glass. Taste: The freshness, the fruitiness of this wine hits you at the front of your tongue. Freshly picked and chopped fruit, very ripe peach and strawberry flavors. A great texture, almost silkiness to the wine. Pairings: A perfect cocktail rosé –it doesn’t need food to lift the flavors, it does a fantastic job of that all on its own. Would pair well with spicy food, like Szechuan chicken or Mexican dishes with a little heat.

2023 Anne Amie Vineyards Pinot Gris

Oregon
Intensely aromatic powdery floral notes give way to a palate of Asian pear, meyer lemon, and rose petal. Balanced and crisp, this wine is a great match for many dishes from chicken paella or moules-frites to pork roast.

2019 Vinhas De Xisto Tinto Reserva 'Douro Doc'

Portugal
40% Touriga Nacional, 30% Touriga Franca, 20% Tinta Roriz, and 10% Sousao. The schist (Xisto) soil of the Douro plays an essential part in the wines of the region. Here, it gives minerality and structure along with tannins that are still firm. It is worth aging this dark plum and spice-flavored wine further. Drink from 2024.
